Standard Delivery
Customers can expect to have their correctly completed order delivered within 7-10 working days, depending on the final destination. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For your protection all parcels will require your signature upon delivery.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.
We use a variety of carriers. Depending on your order quantity and shipping address. Promise you of safe shipping and right items. These include: EMS, UPS, TNT, DHL, Fedex and Sodexi. The orders usually are dispatched within 48 hours from the order date. It is arrival you in 7-10 days. If you didn't receive shipping notification letter, please check your mail box or contact us.
Late deliveries
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe specified please contact our Michael Kors Team at www.uggcanada.ca.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately .According to our purchasing policy, we will charge you 25% of your order amount as our commission charge which has charged by the bank. And shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Hope you can understand in this key point.Thank you!
Returns Policy & Process
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase,please contact our Michael Kors Team at www.uggcanada.ca.
Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). The Michael Kors exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. We recommend you utilize registered post as Michael Kors does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to Michael Kors via non registered post. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that were not purchased online or through our retail stores. We cannot exchange product for a style not within our Michael Kors Outlet online product range.
Faulty Items
Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, please contact our Michael Kors Team at www.uggcanada.ca.If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
If You Change Your Mind
Michael Kors is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customized, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will not apply for replacement items. Michael Kors will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.
Incorrect Colour
Michael Kors will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
